About the producer Joni Rubinstein is president of Three Hearts. She enjoys teaching parents how to deepen their bonding process with Infant Massage, especially in situations where bonding is delayed or at risk. Joni has a B.S. degree in Human Services and an M.Ed. in School Counseling and has been a Certified Licensed Massage Therapist since 1978. She became a Certified Infant Massage Instructor in 1986. In 1987 she began introducing Infant Massage to an Adoption agency and Teen Parent programs in Tucson, AZ, as a means of enhancing and supporting bonding. Joni produced the videos Healthy Touch: Infant Massage for Teenage Parents in 1998, and Bonding Through Touch: Infant Massage for Adoptive Families in 2002. Since creating these videos, Joni has exhibited and presented at conferences addressing Teen Parent and Adoption issues on a state and national level in California (NOAPPP,CACSAP), Minnesota (MOAPPP), and Arizona (ACCAPP). She has taught inservices in Infant Massage for corporate day care centers in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Joni is the mother of three children who have been massaged since birth. They are her Three Hearts.
